We are looking for a new possible suppliers of plastic injection molding parts, aluminum die casting parts, machining components in all Europe. - Casting parts: size 200x200x200 mm; material: aluminum; - Spiral Bevel Gear, Helical Gear: size Ø50 and module max. m<2.0; material alloy steels ISO EN 18CrMo4 (20CrMo); process needed: Turning, induction hardening, grinding, hobbing; - Spindle: size Ø25 x 120 mm, material ISO EN 42CrMo4/34CrMo4; process needed: turning, complete hardening, grinding between centers/ centerless grinding; - Armature Shaft: size 160xØ18 mm, material: ISO EN 42CrMo4 and ISO C45, process needed: CNC turning by feeder bar turning lathe, induction hardening, grinding between centers; - Lock nut: size Ø45x20 mm, material ISO C45; process needed: turning, milling, complete hardening; - Plastic components: various size (max. Ø110x150mm), material: PA6-GF30, plastic injection molding and TPE injection; - Aluminum components: size 90x90x40 weight (0.560 and 0.176), material aluminum, magnesium, (JIS ADC12 DIN EN46100, AZ91D), (ASTM) process needed: Sand blasting, tumbling ,powder painting, AL machining.
