ARTRA | Slovak safety shoe manufacturer. We are in area (Partizánske) with 70 year tradition of safety footwear production. In 1991 the company ARTRA was founded. The company has reached an important position in the commodity structure of personal protective equipment as a business organization on the Slovak market. The need for expanding and improving services of the company led to the creation of ARTRA Ltd. Company’s main core of activities became the production of work and safety footwear. The gradual expansion of various shoe designs and increase of production capacity meant a significant strengthening of the company positions on the Slovak and Czech market. Penetration into the markets of neighboring countries rose as well. Artra is in line with the global trend of upgrading technology, improving quality and performance parameters of work and safety footwear, which will help to pave the way for further expansion of the footwear production corresponding to the European standards. Currently, the company ARTRA Ltd. produces more than 500,000 pairs of shoes per year.
