Since 1989 Lakovna Hajdik became the largest customer coating shop in the Czech Republic with working three robotic lines for high runners and three manual production lines for low runners. Since that time we have seen the world in painting of different products from various materials from plastic over metal to wooden products. All the manufacturing and operating processes are subject to certificate of quality management ISO 9001:2001, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 that are regularly updated. Product of our company is not only the pure process of surface finishing (cementation, grinding, protecting single parts, painting etc.) but the total care of customer. It involves elements of individual development of application systems and technological procedure including supply of materials. Furthermore it is a transportation of all products, necessary certification, and test of product quality, consultancy and other services. We supply for example BMW, HYUNDAI, DAIMLER, HONDA, FORD, IVECO, BOMBARDIER, and SIEMENS.
We offer partnership in a field of high quality wet painting on our robotic or manula painting lines. Our goal is to meet the demands all customers in terms of the specified type of finish, but also the demands of those that do not have a clearly defined coating system. This is made possible by developing our own system, which is customized on an individual basis.
